HS-800/1060 Automatic High Speed Spot UV Coating Machine 

INTRODUCTION

The HS-800 and HS-1060 are powerful high-speed spot/full UV coating machines, both featuring dual functions of water-based and UV coating to meet various coating requirements. They are suitable for glazing equipment using rubber blankets or flexible resin plates, capable of performing spot or full UV coating operations with accurate and uniform overprinting, no ink squeezing, and significant improvement in quality and aesthetic appeal for books, periodicals, food packaging, color boxes, films, and high-end printed products. Both models adopt an upper swing type paper conveying structure, where printed products are placed above a high-temperature resistant Teflon mesh belt by the gripper bar for curing and paper feeding, with multiple safety protection designs and user-friendly operation. The main difference lies in the production speed: the HS-800 achieves 7,000–8,000 sheets per hour, while the HS-1060 delivers a higher speed of 8,000–9,000 sheets per hour.

  • Feeder system

    The paper feeder adopts the high-speed feeder with four suction and four delivery functions, which is a highly efficient paper feeding method meticulously designed to improve the production efficiency of the printing industry. Its unique maintenance-free four suction and four delivery design enables more powerful and stable paper gripping and conveying capabilities. Even when operating at high speed, it can still ensure that each sheet of paper is accurately and quickly transported, greatly reducing errors and delays during the paper feeding process.


    It can be equipped with a shaftless drive method, getting rid of the limitations of the traditional shaft system, making the paper feeding action more flexible and smooth, and reducing the incidence of mechanical wear and failures. At the same time, this technology also improves the adaptability of the equipment to different paper specifications and materials. Whether it is thin and light paper or thick cardboard, it can easily handle them. This paper feeder has the advantages of simple operation, low maintenance cost, stable and reliable performance, etc.



  • HOST COATING SYSTEM

    The left and right side gauges adopt a bearing-type design, which is convenient to adjust, offers precise positioning, and also has the function of fine-tuning on both sides.


    The equipment's transmission uses a high-strength external helical gear structure, which has the advantages of low operating noise, simple maintenance, and easy upkeep.


    The printing plate cylinder is equipped with an anti-paper-jamming safety device that can automatically detect paper jamming and stop the machine automatically when it occurs.


    The coating roller combines a ceramic anilox roller with a closed doctor blade system, which can precisely control the amount of oil and effectively reduce the splashing and volatilization of consumables. (An optional rubber roller + steel roller structure is available.)


    The equipment is equipped with fully imported bearings and chains, making the whole machine run more stably and last longer.


    Safety protection devices are installed in multiple places to effectively ensure the safe operation of the machine by operators.


  • Drying system

    The UV drying equipment is composed of two pull-out type ultraviolet high-pressure mercury lamps, which can quickly cure the UV varnish, and it is more convenient to replace the lamp tubes.


    The control system adopts the full-computer stepless curing technology, and the power of the UV lamps is automatically matched with the machine speed, so as to achieve the purpose of high efficiency and energy conservation.


    An automatic temperature control device is installed inside the lamp cover. When the temperature exceeds the set value of the system, the lamp group will be automatically turned off to avoid damage to the lamp cover due to overheating.


    The Teflon conveying mesh belt has an automatic deviation correction function. If it exceeds the deviation correction limit, the system will automatically protect and stop the operation of the mesh belt to prevent the mesh belt from being damaged.


    The system is equipped with an IR curing lamp group, which is composed of 24 infrared short-wave tubes and is controlled separately in two groups, and is used for the curing of water-based consumables.


    The lower adsorption device is adopted below the mesh belt of the curing system, which can ensure the high-speed and stable operation of the paper.


    Safety: The curing section is equipped with a paper jamming prevention and monitoring device. If the paper jams during production, the system will automatically activate the protection function, turn off the paper feeding and curing systems to ensure production safety.

  • Delivery system

    Pneumatic aligning device, which is convenient to adjust and ensures smooth and neat paper receiving.


    Equipped with a cooling fan, and an air conditioning cooling device can be installed additionally.


    Pneumatic buffer device, which can slow down and buffer the paper passing at high speed.


    Equipped with a paper counter, which can count the production quantity in real time and can be manually reset.
