INTRODUCTION
This machine is used for inserting the elastic band to hard cover. It manuallydelivers the cover, automatically cuts the elastic band, automatically insertsand sticks the elastic band into the cover, greatly enhancing the working effi-ciency and product quality. This model use upper feeder, able to feed the hardcases and also the whole book, so it is right for not only the hard cases note-book but also soft cover notebooks.
