Booth 710 showcases a vibrant array of highlights, with its exhibition equipment empowering green smart manufacturing. Within this 30㎡ space, the equipment we will showcase is the LC570SP Roll Feeding Screen Printing Machine (with CCD, UV and IR Dryer), featuring the following characteristics:

1. The whole line includes an automatic rewinding unit, 1 set of color printing unit, 1 set of UV dryer, and 1 set of IR dryer.

2. The automatic unwinding unit has functions such as automatic unwinding, anti - static, adjustable speed magnetic powder tension control, automatic protective film separation, and automatic stop without material.

3. The column, beam, and head of the printing unit are integrally cast. 

4. The printing unit is equipped with the following systems: feeding correction, dust removal and cleaning, a Φ3mm round hole punching device, and CCD automatic alignment correction.

5. The printing is controlled by a servo motor.

6. The IR dryer has a 60 - meter drying section, automatic correction, protective film laminating function, an ionizing fan to remove static, a cold air device, an LED light, and an automatic stop function when material is stuck.

The transmission of the tunnel adopts a gear motor and a step - less speed regulation mode to ensure stable conveying.
